Philip Rispoli and Charlie Dunn both flat track racing and motorcycle enthusiasts announce the opening of their new shop in Ontario Canada just 20 minutes from the Michigan border. The shop is focused on the service, performance and restoration of the V-Twin motorcycle. The company recruited Mr. Greg Stiles; a well respected Licensed Master Mechanic who has restored to pristine condition bikes from 1929 to modern day. In Greg's 33-year career he has built and documented over 1,000 high-performance street and competition motors too. Current operations are out of a small garage in Petrolia Ontario affectionately called the "bat cave". "It was important to get operations off the ground before winter was upon us" said Charlie Dunn who is Chief Operating Officer for the new shop. "We are in the process of putting up a new building in town that will ultimately house all operations." He said.

    Mr. Rispoli, who will assume the role of President and CEO, commented positively, "the shop is already full with project bikes and we're busting at the seams. We are working hard to get a few show bikes ready for the Toronto show as well as Daytona. We are excited about building our service business as one of the most premier outsourcing service and repair shops in North America." Mr. Rispoli went on to say, "Research has shown that there is a huge need for the qualified service and restoration of older V-Twin motorcycles and it is that niche where we will make our mark. With over 1 million American V-Twins 92 or older and a combined volume of 500,000 V-Twins a year getting to market today, there is plenty of business if your service is good, focused and you warrantee all your repairs. We are building positive outsourcing relationships with local V-Twin dealers, third party suppliers and we're creating joint venture marketing programs with aftermarket suppliers, race teams and e-commerce marketers throughout greater Ontario, Toronto and neighboring US cities. Our business model is being welcomed by the industry."

The shop has a couple of cool restoration projects in house to work on already. There is one Indian restoration project a 1941 and a 1949 Harley Davidson HDFL. Both very original. In addition there are two XR 1000's and a contract to build a big bore custom Bourget. The shops race roots also have some very high performance projects in the works that include a nitrous injected shovel, a long stroke iron head and more. The new building is expected to be completed and open in March 2004. Meanwhile the crew will be coordinating between two shop locations due to space constraints.
